Q: Who are Focus Group Virtually's clients?

A: Lawyers that represent both Plaintiffs and Defendants hire Focus Group Virtually to test their actual cases.

Q: Will you keep my personal info safe?

A: All information provided will be kept confidential. Your last name will not be disclosed and is only needed so you can be paid for your time.

Q: What qualifications do I need to participate?

A: You need no qualifications or expertise other than the ability to listen to both sides of a dispute and state your honest views. There are no wrong answers.

Q: What technology do I need to participate?

A: To participate over the Internet, you must have access to a laptop or a computer with a web camera and microphone, or an iPad, be able to use Zoom (it's easy to learn), have a good internet connection, and be able to sit in a quiet room with no interruptions while the focus group is in session. Smart phones sometimes do not work well due to the number of participants.

Q: How will I be paid?

A: You will be paid after the focus group is completed either by check (if in person) or by PayPal (if watched on the Internet).

If you are paid by PayPal, you will need to set up a PayPal account or you can come by Focus Group Virtually, 8601 S. Western, Oklahoma City, OK, to pick up a check.

Q: How do I know if my hardware is good enough to participate?

A: If you are accepted to participate, there will be a short session before the actual focus group to make sure you can run Zoom on a computer or laptop or iPad with no issues and no distractions.
